LUAU 50th ANNIVERSARY

Cup of Lovely was honored to help celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of Tom and Kris. Taking inspiration from the couple's luau-themed 25th, their family hosted a reimagined luau to mark the extra special occasion with loved ones. Island cuisine, fruity cocktails, and exotic flora surrounding a paradise pool created Hawaiian vibes and transported guests to a tropical oasis. The hosts' thoughtful considerations of the couple's history, personality, and preferences translated to personalized touches throughout the party, making it especially meaningful and memorable.

Loveliest details:

The party's palette included pink and white as a nod to the couple's wedding colors, gold accents to honor the couple's Golden Anniversary, plus the lustrous dark green of tropical leaves.
A custom life-size cut-out of the couple on their wedding day provided a nostalgically fun photo op.
The cake was a near exact recreation of the couple's wedding cake from 50 years ago, including vintage swan pillars separating three tiers.
Real leaves with gold print were used as signage for the welcome table, bar, and buffet.
The pool featured floating arrangements of tropical foliage and floating charcuterie boards. Both concepts delighted party guests and really made a SPLASH!
